26th Annual FSCA Art Exhibition

The 26th Annual FSCA Art Exhibition was held from November 7 to 9, 2011. Fifteen artists and three authors demonstrated their talent through paintings, photographs, glass, ceramics, clay, and published books. Most of the artists were members of the FSCA, DFAIT employees or former employees. Three of the artists were sponsored by Embassies in the National Capital Region. Some were exhibiting with the FSCA for the first time while others had exhibited with us as many as nine times before. Attendance at the vernissage was estimated at 250 and included Ambassadors and other members of the Diplomatic Corps. Visitors expressed great pleasure with the quality and range of the exhibition and many were pleased to walk away with a souvenir of their visit. Planning is already underway for the 27th Exhibition scheduled for November 2012. If you are interested in participating, please let us know now through fsca.acse@international.gc.ca.
