Membership in the FSCA

is not automatic
membership fee is only $25 per year (it is necessary to renew your annual membership)
is open to foreign service employees and their families (CIC, CIDA, DND, DFAIT, RCMP), retired employees and their families, widows/widowers and ex-spouses.
if you do not have a PayPal account, you can simply pay with your credit card without having to go through PayPal

How to join?

Please complete our online membership form and submit it electronically to the FSCA. Your membership fee is $25, payable by cash, cheque or with PayPal. You can also use our membership form in PDF format, when using this format, please print a copy of the form and bring the completed form along with your payment to FSCA office, or mail it to the following address:
